cv999 App — Cricket Betting and Casino on Any Mobile, Right in Your Hand
With the cv999 official mobile app, cricket and sports betting, live casino, and slots are all in one place. Your account, balance, and bonuses stay the same whether you use the browser or the app.
Everything you need to know about the cv999 mobile app
The cv999 app is built for both Android and iOS and is available through official channels. It is a complete mobile platform where all sections of the website — sports betting, casino, live table games, fishing games, and payments — can be used in one place.
The app is designed with Bangladesh's network conditions in mind, so it works well even on a standard mobile connection. The interface is straightforward in Bengali, so new users can get started quickly.
For detailed instructions on installing the app, see our cv999 APK download and install guide.
What you can do in the app
The cv999 App is not just a gaming platform — it is a complete betting and casino experience where everything from payments to support is in one place.
Cricket and Sports Betting
Place live and pre-match bets on any match including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. The cv999 cricket betting section gives you access to various markets and odds directly from the app.
Slots and jackpot games
Hundreds of slots from top studios including PG Soft, JILI, and Pragmatic Play, directly in the app. From Gates of Olympus to Fortune Tiger — all games under one account.
Live casino tables
Play baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti with real dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, directly on mobile. Keep a good connection for a smooth live stream.
Deposit and withdraw
Deposit and withdraw money directly from the app via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳500 and withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
24/7 live chat support
Contact live chat directly from within the app for any issue. Support is available in both Bengali and English, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
VIP and bonus tracking
Track your VIP level (Bronze to Platinum) and weekly cashback from the app. Bonus claims can also be submitted through the app.
App vs phone browser — what is the difference?
Both the app and the browser are available on cv999. You can use the mobile browser without installing the app. There is no functional difference between the two: same account, same balance, same bonuses — whichever you log in from.
The difference is mainly convenience. The app opens directly from the home screen, sends push notifications, and can save your login details. With the browser you need to type the address each time, but it is fully functional as well.
| Feature | App | Browser |
|---|---|---|
| Account and balance | Same | Same |
| Home screen shortcut | Available | Not available |
| Push notifications | Available | Not available |
| All games and payments | Full | Full |
| Installation required | Yes | No |
Mobile login and account security
Logging in to the app is straightforward — enter your username and password to access your account. You can also verify your identity via OTP, which adds an extra layer of security. For more details on logging in, see the cv999 Login page.
- Keep your screen lock on. With your phone's PIN, pattern, or fingerprint lock active, no one else can open the app.
- Do not share your password. No cv999 staff or agent will ever ask for your password — any such request is an attempt at fraud.
- Keep your OTP private. Use it immediately after it arrives and do not share it with anyone.
- If you lose your phone, contact live chat immediately. Your account can be temporarily locked.
Practical ways to keep the app running smoothly
A few simple habits help ensure a good experience on mobile. A stable internet connection matters most during live casino or live cricket betting — a weak connection can slow down bet processing.
- Use a stable connection. A good 4G or Wi-Fi connection during live games or live betting makes a noticeable difference.
- Keep the app updated. When a new version is available through official channels, update it — this improves both security and performance.
- Watch your battery and storage. Keeping your phone's storage clear helps the app run properly. Keep your phone charged during long sessions.
- Only get the app from official sources. Files downloaded from third-party sources may not be safe.
- Use live chat for issues. If you experience any technical problem in the app, contact 24/7 live chat directly — help is available quickly.
