cv999 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cv999 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to cv999's website, mobile application, and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any active account holder registered on this platform.

cv999 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form the legal basis of the agreement between the user and the platform. These Terms take effect from the moment your account registration is complete.

To learn more about our services, goals and operations, you can read our About Us page.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on cv999, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Access to or use of this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. cv999 reserves the right to immediately close any account if the age information provided during registration is found to be false.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of someone else is a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — full name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. If any discrepancy is found during the verification process, the account may be temporarily suspended. If any information changes, the user must update it through the relevant support channel.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the cv999 platform is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, the support team is available via 24/7 live chat to assist you.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal methods are the same: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals can only be made to the account linked to the registered mobile number.

3.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions

cv999 may temporarily suspend any transaction if an unusual transaction pattern is detected. We are obligated to comply with anti-money laundering policies. Additional verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed before withdrawal (25x wagering).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Each promotion has a specific time limit; if not used within the set period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time until the wagering on the first one is complete.
• cv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed.

4.3 Weekly and Special Promotions

cv999 runs a number of regular offers including weekly reload gifts, slots festival bonuses, cricket celebration bonuses and more. Each offer has its own wagering terms and validity period. Full details of each promotion can be found on the relevant offer page.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

cv999 ensures that each bet is accepted at the correct stated odds. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, cv999 reserves the right to void that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

5.2 Policy on Match Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's balance. For multi-bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the result will be determined based on the remaining selections.

5.3 Live Gaming

In live casino games, results broadcast live by Evolution, Ezugi and other verified providers will be considered final. If a connection is lost, the game result will be determined according to the server record. Bets cannot be refunded once a game is in progress.

5.4 Fraud and Misconduct

Any form of fraud, software manipulation, bonus abuse or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and any related winnings will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

cv999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week. The cashback rate is higher at higher tiers.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for each week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. cv999 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time, but active members will be notified in advance.

7 Personal Data and Privacy

cv999 is committed to keeping users' personal data secure. Details of how your information is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you are giving cv999 permission to process the necessary information for the purpose of providing services. The terms stated in the Privacy Policy apply to the transfer of information to third parties.

8 Responsible Gaming

cv999 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a solution to financial problems. To protect themselves from excessive or addictive gaming, users can set deposit limits, session limits or temporary self-exclusion.

Our Responsible Gaming Guidelines contain detailed information on preventing gaming addiction, setting self-limits and available support resources. Access to this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited by any means.

9 Platform Availability and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

cv999 aims to ensure uninterrupted service 24/7. However, brief interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. cv999 will not be liable for service disruptions, but service will be restored as quickly as possible.

9.2 Geographic Restrictions

Users in regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform. Attempting to access from a restricted area may result in account suspension. Users are solely responsible for confirming whether their local laws permit use of this platform.

9.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a display error, game freeze or connectivity issue, the result recorded on cv999's servers will be considered final. For such issues, please contact us via 24/7 live chat.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

cv999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

1. Violation of any provision of these Terms.
2. Registering with false information.
3. Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
4. Using the platform as a tool for fraud or manipulation.
5. Threatening or harassing behaviour towards other users.
6. Suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud.

Users may also close their account at any time of their own choosing. In that case, any pending valid withdrawal requests will be processed.

11 Dispute Resolution and Support

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact cv999's support team first. Our support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, in Bengali and English via live chat and email.

If a resolution cannot be reached through the support channel, a formal complaint may be submitted. cv999 takes every complaint seriously and aims to respond within a reasonable time.

12 Intellectual Property and Content

cv999's website, logo, design, game interface and all content are the intellectual property of cv999. Users may view the platform for personal use, but no content may be copied, distributed or modified without the written permission of cv999.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) is owned by the respective provider and their licensing terms apply.

13 Changes to Terms

cv999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

This page shows the date of the most recent update. It is recommended that you visit this page regularly to stay up to date. If you have difficulty understanding any term, please contact our support team.

14 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law. cv999 is committed to treating its users fairly, transparently and responsibly. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
